When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

This allows you time to required to complete a consultation form before your treatment and relax.

Traveling to your appointment: Make sure to leave early enough to account for traffic and finding parking.

Running late: 

If you are running late, please call reception on (02) 9544 1129 , we may need to reschedule your appointment.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We kindly request 24 hour’s notice should you need to change or cancel a booking. Less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We are unable to accept cancellations left by messages on Sundays or public holidays when we are closed.
No shows will incur a fee.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes. If specific times are needed, please make a booking. We are quite flexible and always do our best to accommodate clients.

We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or Cash. AfterPay is available to approved customers

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Spoil that someone special with a gift voucher. All our treatments are available as gift voucher purchases. Gift Vouchers can be purchased by visiting us in clinic, or you can purchase a Digital Voucher Online or organise a gift voucher over the Phone.

Gift Vouchers purchased in Clinic are packaged beautifully.
